1. Big Dream

Developer: Kassis Homes

Billed as the most prestigious development ever offered in the hills region, Grand Reve is a collection of 196 contemporary apartments spread over two towers.

Featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as multi-level townhouse-style dwellings, Grand Reve was designed by Turner Studio with a particular focus on outdoor spaces. KWG Property’s $300 million Castle Island comprises 295 apartments in seven buildings near the new downtown Showgrounds. Inspired by nature, Castle Island is the work of local architectural firm Giles Tribe and two international architects, ARVA Architects and DLN Architects from Hong Kong.
