Exotic dog stolen from West Side family

CINCINNATI (WXIX) — A Price Hill dog owner has surveillance video of his dog moments before he was allegedly stolen.

The dog is called Pie Face, but Anna Ragsdale calls him “Pie”. He has been missing since Friday, prompting Ragsdale to post hundreds of flyers across town in hopes of his return. See flyer below.

“He’s the cutest thing ever, his tongue always sticks out,” Ragsdale said Wednesday.

Pie Face is a 3 year old Exotic American Bulldog.

“It’s not good to go home without him,” Ragsdale said. “We’re connected, so I feel like he’s going to come back.”

She explains that around 8 a.m. last Friday, a family member let her out while she was at work. Neighbors told her they saw the dog being taken away and placed inside a car. She called Cincinnati Police District 3 to file a report.

“It was picked up by an older model white Lexus,” Ragsdale said. “The rear window was broken at the time.”

Surveillance footage doesn’t capture Pie’s take, but it does capture what Ragsdale thinks is the car in question.

Ragsdale wants her pup back not just for her but for her children.

“People make bad choices. Things happen, and we just want him back. We want it safe. No questions asked. We just want him to come home.
