Branson trip is the West Side Senior Expo grand prize | Local News

Visitors to the West Side Senior Expo will have the chance to win a grand prize trip for four to Branson, including accommodations, show tickets and more.

The exhibit is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, July 27 at Northwest High School, 6005 Cedar Hill Road, near the freeway. 30 in Cedar Hill and will provide a full range of entertainment, information, education and entertainment for those 50 and over. Admission and parking are free.

Plus, free coffee and donuts will be served while supplies last.

A limited number of vendor spaces are still available. Businesses and individuals who have a product or service of interest to those 50+ are encouraged to call the chef to reserve a booth.

Visitors to the exhibit are encouraged to head to the Leader Publications booth to participate in a drawing for the grand prize trip to Branson, courtesy of the Branson Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The winner and three guests will enjoy two nights at the Hilton of Branson, tickets to illusionist Rick Thomas’ “Mansion of Dreams” show, and passes to enjoy the speedboats, Track Family Fun Park, and the Branson Ferris Wheel.

The winner will have until July 31, 2023 to schedule their trip.

There is a limit of one entry per person for the draw, and you must be present to win.

“Branson is a great destination for people of all ages,” said leading editor Peggy Scott. “Bring some friends, bring your grandchildren. It should be a really fun time.

A special section will appear in the July 21 issue of The Leader with stories and schedules on the Senior Expo.

The section will also include entries for the ‘Picture Your Pet’ photo contest, in which readers were encouraged to send in snapshots of Spot or Fluffy to win cash prizes.
